After a shower-- which for once, did not result in another round of fucking-- a change of clothes, and a quick meal, both Hanzo and his daughter and right hand were feeling fully refreshed. He had promised Abel to reveal the plans that had been brewing and taking shape in his mind for the past hour or two, and so he returned to his office for a few moments before returning to the spacious living area of their shared apartment with a file folder. From the folder, he removed a printed image and placed it on the coffee table in front of the young woman.
"That is Karl Stromberg. He was the one who called earlier and inspired my need for... relaxation. He's a European 'financial consultant' for one of the clan's most powerful adversaries, which means he launders their money and facilitates the funding of their criminal activities. He was calling to personally inform me that his security team had killed one of our assassins-- the third to be dispatched to kill Stromberg-- and to gloat about it."
"And while I have no doubt if you were given the assignment, my dear, he would be dead in hours, his behavior demands a more personal, more humiliating response."
Hanzo handed his adopted daughter another printout, this time of a teenage girl, of very similar age to Abel herself. "This is Stromberg's daughter, Maria. She's enrolled at a prestigious private school and is the most precious thing in the world to him, and so our surveillance says he keeps her as over-protected and isolated as he can."
"I was thinking that she could use a new friend. You, for instance. Someone who can encourage her to... open up, and take new chances. Meet new people. Spread her wings, if you understand me." Hanzo smirked. "And when you and I have thoroughly corrupted her, we'll let Karl know exactly what's happened. Then you can kill him."
